Troubleshooting

The problems people meet most often, what causes each one, and how to fix it.

If your problem is not here, see Known issues, or write to support. See Contact support.

Imports and balances

An import does not finish

The first import of an account reads its full history. It can take a few minutes, and longer for an account with a long history. The notice at the top of every page says while it runs. See Background tasks.

  • If the notice says the import failed, read the reason it gives.
  • To read the account again, open it and select Rescan history. See Rescan the history of an account.
A balance is zero, or different from the explorer

First, check that the import finished. An account fills in as its import goes.

Then open Reconciliation in the sidebar. It compares the balance in your books with the balance on the platform, for each account and token. The usual causes of a difference are a missing account, a missing transaction, or a change of balance that no transaction records. See Fix a balance mismatch.

Some differences are normal, such as a deposit the platform has not confirmed yet. See Why a balance differs from on-chain and Pending and confirmed differences.

A token has no price

The movement shows No price, and the transaction has no net value. The token is in the Unpriced view of the Transactions page. Add a price for the token, or have it follow the price of another token. See Fix a token with no price.

Portfolio and Tokens count a different number of priced tokens

This is a known issue. See Known issues.

An invitation link does not work

  • This invitation has expired. An invitation works for 7 days. Ask the person who invited you to select Resend. See Invite a user.
  • This invitation is no longer valid. It was revoked. Ask the person who invited you for a new one.
  • You already joined the team. Select Continue to the team.

An organization is not in my list, or its link does not open

You have no access to it, or the team has not given it to you yet. Ask the owner or an admin of your team. See Roles and access levels.

If your team requires two-factor authentication, you open none of its organizations until you turn it on. See Turn on two-factor authentication.

I am sent to the sign-in page
