This page lists the problems we know about and are working on. Each entry says what you see, why it happens, and what to do until it is fixed. If your problem is not here, see Troubleshooting.
Portfolio and Tokens count a different number of priced tokens
Status: not fixed yet.
What you see
You add one account on several blockchains. Then the two pages count your tokens in different ways:
- The Portfolio page, in the Account holdings card, says for example "1 of 5 tokens priced". See The Portfolio page.
- The Tokens page, under the title of the table, says for example "In the catalog: 2 held · 1 with no price · 0 ignored". See The Tokens page.
The two pages do not agree on how many tokens you hold, or how many have a price.
Why it happens
The two pages count different sets of tokens.
- Portfolio counts every token your accounts hold today, on each blockchain.
- Tokens counts the tokens in its catalog.
When Conta Finance imports the history of a new account, it does not always add to the catalog every token the account held in the past. Those tokens count on Portfolio, but they are missing from Tokens.
What to do meanwhile
- If you need a token that the Tokens page does not list yet, add it by hand. See Add a token.
- Do not change a price or ignore a token to make the two counts agree.
The fix will make both pages count the same tokens, also for the accounts you already imported.
